Joining the firm in 2018, Heather brings with her vast experience in business and interpersonal customer service. From legal document preparation to tax preparation and also serving many clerical duties throughout the office. Heather enjoys the variety of cases she assists with as well has helping out members of the community every day.

Employed by the firm in November of 1990, Sharon has a long history of providing the firm's clients with excellent service. As a legal assistant and office manager, she organizes meetings and real estate closings and handles document preparation and review.  Sharon continues the firm's tradition of always putting the client first.

Admitted to the bar in 1964, Richard took over the previous law office in Lenox, Iowa and developed a practice that has provided excellent legal service for Southwest for over 50 years. Richard currently serves "of counsel" for the office.  Richard established a practice built on trial practice, probate and trust, taxation, domestic relations, real estate, criminal law and municipal law.​
